Android 2.88 buggy

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It seems that everything was working fine until the latest update 2.88 on android 6 with a charge 3

since then the app has not managed to update the resting bpm

it no longer shows heartrate information graph since the update ( although it does for recognised activities)

It no longer updates the weight data from Aria

that is despite a reboot and a clean of the cache.

can we go back to the previous version ?

Same here. App shows heart rate at 70BPM... constantly when actually varying between 54 and 70+.  Surprised that all this and previous update release notes is saying fixed bugs and more stable.  Clearly does neither. I could list half a dozen bugs if not more. Really amateurish FitBit.

No issues with me on Ionic.. As I type, my HR on the watch is varying between 59 and 61 and the phone dashboard shows the pulsing heart with the same varying range of HR with about a 2 second delay.

Its now Friday, yet the latest resting heart rate showing on the android app is Monday

and the latest heart rate graph on the android app is also Monday

the latest resting heart rate on the web dashboard is also  Monday

as for aria weights, they stopped updating on Android Wednesday even though they show on the dashboard.

can I ghet a refund on the two Charge 3's I bought ?

It seems to be working now...

it let me down when I needed it, but hopefully it was just a one off.
