My phone updated the Fitbit app to 3.10.1 yesterday evening. Now the Versa 2 won't sync.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Android app, have cleared cache, have restarted phone, have turned off/on the Versa 2, have removed the Versa 2, have reinstalled the Versa 2, and several combinations of the above.
The Versa 2 syncs once when added, but does not sync again. The only thing that has changed is the update to the Android app. Pleas fix ASAP, this is a real pain in the behind.

Best AnswerI searched the internet for "Fitbit 3.9.1" found the file, downloaded and installed. You will need to enable outside sources on your phone in order to do this.
