Hi, i have created three childrens' accounts for my children, 2 of them have Android Galaxy Tablets, and 1 has an iPAD. All three are pretty old, but for some reason the messaging on both android tablets does not appear to connect to the messaging service. the iPAD app (ipad air 2, pretty old also).
the app says it connect connect to fitbit, and to check the network. the app is clearly working, and from our proxy i can see from the logs that the app is connecting to the fitbit website on all devices, but not from the andoid tablets when trying to access the messaging section of the app. I have tried on both tablets with and without the proxy in place. And i can see from the logs that the apps on all three are being allowed through the proxy.
i have tried searching for explicit support on 4.4.4 for the app version, and potential issues. But the only support i can find is about the devices. and the devices are working fine.

thanks for the reply, is there a list of features which wont work after v4? literally all other features of the app appear to be working except this one feature.
