Android App freezes

My Fitbit app has been working just fine on my Samsung galaxy Tab A for about a year now. The other day I opened the Fitbit app and tried going into premium and it kept freezing. I tried a few things and then uninstalled the app, when I tried to reinstall it, it said my tablet isn't compatible.????
