Android App won't let me sign in

My app was failing to sync, so I force stopped the app and then un-installed as it was still having the issue. I reinstalled the app and now it won't let me log in via my Google account but will let me attempt to log in via other Google accounts. I have force stopped, reset my phone and Versa, and turned my Bluetooth off and on.

Thanks for reporting this situation and sharing the steps that you've tried so far. I'm glad the Fitbit app started working for some of you, and to make sure this is the case for everybody, could you confirm if you can access your account and navigate without any hassle? If not, please provide me with detailed information so I can investigate on my end and work along with you.

What great follow up! I was able to log back in yesterday morning, but stress management is showing "no score" since then (yesterday and today). All other metrics seems to be displaying properly.

No change for me - pixel 6 pro, android 15. I have not seen an update for
the app yet, though

I was able to of course  at the time this happened my phone was giving me trouble to and I was like "Seriously! I don't need the added anxiety." So, I did my normal thing of force stopping a few times and even rebooting my versa 3 and when that didn't work I tried to come here only to find I couldn't log in. Server error or something. Then I knew I am most likely not the only one. So, I didn't log out of fitbit or uninstall and reinstall because I noticed that whenever it was an issue like this and people did that they were unable to log back in well passed the time of when the techs fixed it. So,   basically my steps are like this.

 

1.) Try to sync.

2.) check the little weather app i have on my device to see when it last synced.

3.) force stop it at least three or four times and clear out the cache.

4.) Reboot the versa 3

5.) Go to the community form to find out what up.

6.) Feel a bit at ease to know I am not the only one having trouble.

7.) Go potty and watch TV for around two hours.

I was also missing the Stress management score for Tuesday & Wednesday (03 & 04 Dec 2024), same as you. I got my Stress management score this morning.

Did you get a score this morning (05 Dec 204)?

Thanks for letting us know that you got your Stress management score this morning. I guess we both experienced the weirdness that was going on with the Fitbit algorithms. I'm glad that it seems to be resolved now.

Yeah, I thought it an odd thing to be missing after a server outage. I considered maybe I needed to wait until it collected data again (since I uninstalled/reinstalled), but that didn't make sense either as days prior to that were there, as was everything else. I know next time to check server status or check here before I jump down a rabbit hole! 

(I'm still kind of hoping the glitch had something to do with a couple of lousy scores last couple days - actually, maybe I'll just assume it did! 😆)
