I've been unable to sync since early October. I've worked every troubleshooting route suggested. Nothing.
The app can locate my Versa, but it fails to connect.
Idiot me, tried doing a factory reset on the Versa and now the watch doesn't work. It turns on, but the only thing it shows is the icon and instructions to download the app.

I'm having the same problem with my Alysa HR.. App finds my phone but won't connect. It just stopped syncing out of the blue.

Mine stopped syncing 3 days ago. I tried everything to get it to connect. I also did a factory reset. My phone will find my versa but won't connect. This has been happening for 3 days. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.
