The app can locate my Versa, but it fails to connect.
Idiot me, tried doing a factory reset on the Versa and now the watch doesn't work. It turns on, but the only thing it shows is the icon and instructions to download the app.
Best AnswerMine stopped syncing 3 days ago. I tried everything to get it to connect. I also did a factory reset. My phone will find my versa but won't connect. This has been happening for 3 days. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.
