2-tier problem
#1: Steps recorded on Sense not sowing up in Android application.
#2: Steps which DO show up on Android app not showing up in the online fitbit.com app.

The fact that the steps on the device do not show on the Fitbit app means your device is not syncing with your smartphone. Please make sure to try the tips on this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Here you find troubleshooting steps.
If you get your device to sync and steps do show up on the app, these steps were synced to your account and not the Fitbit mobile app only. That information is synced with Fitbit servers. The same information should displayed on the website. I recommend checking you are logged into the same Fitbit account. Log out from your account in the Fitbit.com online dashboard and then log back in. If the issue persists, please be so kind to send me a screenshot of the issue. Thanks in advance.
