The Android app died. On restart it gave crazy options and refused athentication. After several minutes of restarting the app it finally started normally. I was unable to contact support. Phone is out of office hours. The other two options kept dieing. Good night. Pass to service desk for long term fix.

Getting very frustrating. Now I noticed that the tiles have changed order. I think I can correct. Please pass to service desk as I don't appear to be able to.

There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.
You may need to wait a few hours before someone is there to answer your call, but you can always email them.
