Android app glitch - can't cheer a post or see my profile picture

There seems to be a malfunction with my account on my Android because I can no long cheer post and can't see my profile picture. FIX IT

I am sorry to hear you can't cheer a post or see your profile picture. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force stop the Fitbit app. 
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
