Hello! I have Google Pixel Watch and Pixel 6 phone. Fitbit app is updated to latest versions on both devices - 4.00.1 on the phone and 3.14.13 on the watch. I live in GMT+3 Kyiv timezone, which was automatically detected by Fitbit app. But when I started using the devices, I noticed that my heart rate and activities are reported 3 hours earlier on my phone, while on the watch everything is shown correctly. At the same time sleep tracking was accurate on the phone. I tried switching the timezone in the app on the phone:
- switching to any other GMT+3 timezone didn't change anything.
- switching to UTC timezone fixed HR but didn't change how activities are reported and now sleep tracking is 3 hours off on both phone and watch
Under no settings that I checked activities are tracked correctly, and there's no settings when my both HR or sleep have correct timestamp at the same time. Please, advise how to solve the issue.
