It breaks the connection to the Android widget.
Also--it's unclear if they finally fixed the tracking issue (the Fitbit only records data points every few minutes. leading to very unreliable distance results--even if you're walking).
Is it me, or does Fitbit seem as if they've given up? I know I'm about ready to give up on them.

Ricardo, thank you for your quick response.
I posed this issue: "Also--it's unclear if they finally fixed the tracking issue (the Fitbit only records data points every few minutes. leading to very unreliable distance results--even if you're walking)."
You didn't actually answer it. I don't need politics. I need results.
Has the problem been fixed?
BTW, the widget disconnect issue seems to have resolved itself. I'll assume it was some issue regarding synchronization.
