Android dashboard delayed syncing

I also have issues syncing on my phone since the update. It will just be zeros until I click on individual things like sleep or steps before it will populate the dashboard. Sometimes it takes restarting and resyncing to get things to populate. Always goes back to zeros so I have to do that each time I sync! Takes a lot of effort just to check where you are at!

@catnap I recommend logging out of the Fitbit app for Android and then logging back in. Let me know if it continues to occur once you've done that.

That is the only way I can get it to sync sometimes, by restarting my phone! I've had to restart many times. Even then I have to click on steps or sleep and wait for it to resync and then populate. Tonight I synced when I got home from work and it said I walked 840 steps! All day!! And it said only one hour I walked more than 250 steps! When I click on each thing, it takes a minute while the circle spins again and the numbers reset. Very frustrating.

Thanks for your reply @catnap! Have you tried restarting your tracker? Also, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.

I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉
