Android lost sleep tracker on app and device as well as weather on device

I hadn't worn watch in a couple days n when I put it back on it is not syncing nor do I have weather of device. I also get no readings of sleep n in app there is no profile spot for sleep. Any suggestions to get it to work

Try shutdown Bluetooth and restart

 

if that doesn't work you can try shutdown/restart of watch, and also phone.
