Android not updating or contact "red" circle and exclamation point

Flex not transmitting to Android, but laptop getting all data.  Was fine yesterday -- have cleaned points, etc. So what changed???

@Sjks It's great to see you in the Community! Seems odd that your phone is not retrieving your data from your Flex. In order correct this issue, forget your Fitbit from the Bluetooth devices list and then reconnect your phone. If this doesn't fix the problem, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app and sync your Fitbit one more time.
