A week ago my phone stopped being able to locate my fitbit one. Has worked fine for over 2 years. Tracker is charged, have reinstalled ap. It will connect if I go in and install as a replacement tracker with correct steps shown. It's just a pain to have to reinstall every time i want to update steps. Any ideas?
That's what I figured. Just wish customer support would be a little more honest about it!
