Android update full of glitches

My versa 4 has been working as it should until today.  No sleep was tracked and all historical data is missing from every category in my app, except weight, which should be updated and isnt.  I contacted support show said they are aware of the issue.  We are not notified when glitches are fixed on their end which requires us to continue troubleshooting on our end.  So frustrating.

You are right, our team is aware of this glitch. We're always open to feedback on how we can improve, and we'll definitely keep your suggestion in mind for the future.

For now, the best thing you can do is ensure your Fitbit app is up to date and continue to sync your device periodically. This will allow the correct data to pull through once the fix is live.
