Hey everyone.
Since I switched up my iPhone for an android, I havent been able to sync my fitbit like before. I have force stopped the app, deleted it and redownloaded it, but nothing seems to help. I am on the newest android update so I'm not sure if this is a matter of fitbit having systematic issues. I get a reoccurring message when I do try to refresh the app, and it says that my sync has been scheduled and takes forever to actually update. Any advice would be helpful!

Welcome to the Forums @marinnadel.
Thanks for trying all of those steps to get your Fitbit to sync to your Android phone.
The first thing I'd like to do is to ask you some questions:
- What Android phone are you using?
- What Fitbit are you using?
- What Android version is your phone running at the moment?
In the meantime let's try to follow the steps listed in this help article. While you have already tried some of those steps, please go through all of them in the order that they show up. They will get your Fitbit syncing correctly.
Keep me posted on how it goes.

Thanks for your reply!
I am using a Huawei, with android update 9.1.
I have force stopped the app, disconnected my Bluetooth, both disconnected and restarted my fitbit, but no matter what I try it always has a sync issue and never tracks my GPS dispite turning on all permissions to use data and location even when my screen is closed. I'm not sure what else to try at this point. I never had this problem with my iPhone.
