Hi, I have a Versa 2 that works fine.
However, it is not showing resting heart rate and not showing any recent heart rate activity.
On the Today page there is " - - bpm", but no reading.
Also, there has not been any heart rate activity recorded or graphs since 1 October 2022.
I have Force Stop, Unintalled/Installed the App and rebooted my phone many times.
I have also tuned the Heart Rate function on the Versa 2 off/on and turned the Versa 2 on/off many times. No change.
Can anyone assist?

@PaulfmQ Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you with with the hear rate information on the Fitbit app.
Thanks for the explanation I assume the hear rate reading is indeed shown on the Versa 2, right? Since you mention it works fine. Have you checked the Fitbit.com website already? I ask this to confirm if this is an issue with the information on your account or solely on the Fitbit app.
I would proceed as you did, reinstalling the app. However, since you have done that already, please let me have the app version you have installed. Open the app, tap on your profile picture and then on "help and support". At the top you see details of the Fitbit app, version included. You should find 3.XX there. Do you have another mobile device you could test this with?
