App Crash after update Android 10

Hi

I have Google Pixel 3 XL with Charge 3.

All works well from Xmas until 3.17 update closes app every time on start.

Tried uninstalling reinstalling rebooting phone and update to 3.18.

Reset all app defaults no luck.

App just closes after few seconds.

Tried permission on everything to fitbit no different at all.

Hello @Jackiedevon 

In my family we all use Pixel phones (all updated to Android 10) and all working great. So I think it is definitely possible to fix it also on your side.

Before to uninstall the app please delete the data (to achieve that long press on fitbit App, press the little (i), select "storage & cache" and then "clean storage". Go back and press Uninstall,

Then try to reinstall it.

I have done the data clear as you said when I was on 3.17 No luck.

But on 3.18 the data stays empty not sure why.

I'm sorry @Jackiedevon , I'm sure you are doing everything you can. My other suggestion would be factory reset your mobile but it's like to go nuclear
