App Sync Failure

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Pixel Watch 2 and a Fitbit Premium account, but the watch won't sync with the app.  It syncs with my phone and all other apps on my phone, and it partially syncs with the Fitbit app, but isn't syncing my exercise data.  Heart rate and sleep update, then the error pops up that says unable to sync with Pixel Watch 2.

All apps and OS are up to date on both my phone and my watch.  I've cleared the cache on the pixel watch app, Fitbit app, and the background watch process.  I've rebooted both my phone and watch.  I've flipped Bluetooth off and on.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I'm still having the same issue.  The only thing I haven't done is a factory reset.

I'm having exactly the same issue. The exercise days section on my app is completely blank. I've spoken to FitBit techs twice now by phone and tbh I get the impression they don't have a clause what's wrong or how to fix it. They keep "emailing the issue to the next level", then I hear nothing more.

Hello @SensenmannDGE & @Olddawgsteve

There is currently an issue on the Fitbit side that is affecting the ability to see the data for completed exercises in the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

Since the issue is on the Fitbit side, there isn't anything that we can do. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before they fix the problem and we can see our exercise data in the Fitbit app again.
