App acts like I'm logging in for the first time

My Fitbit app is routinely acting like it's the first time I've ever logged in. It will give me all the sleep tracking tips that I've seen a hundred times before and basically does the same with any stat I look at. I've updated the app and my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and unpaired and paired my Versa 2 and it keeps happening. It's really annoying.

Hi @SunsetRunner do you have a premium Fitbit account? Premium users get more insights the others. Could this be what you are seeing?

I do but it's more of the "tap here to see how you slept" thing over and over. Sent from my U.S.Cellular© Smartphone
