App and Charge 6 not syncing correctly

Fitbit has been going downhill 

I've been a user since 2016 I used to love Fitbit for tracking workouts and steps but ever since i got the Charge 6 is not the same.

The watch and the app just don't communicate well anymore and it just seem inaccurate, before I was able to open the app and have an accurate reading automatically without having to scroll down and sync but now I have to sync up all the time which doesn't track well with my other health app and im missing workouts I have done on those other apps. Now im having issues with the step count from days ago being stuck on the App and theres no updates available

We've gotten confirmation that the team is aware of the syncing issue for Charge 6 users and are working on fixing the problem. However, we don't have a timeline for the fix yet.

Regarding the missing historical data in the Fitbit app, have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone? This process has worked for many users to restore their historical data.

I'd suggest you take a look at the following help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Regarding your Fitbit app, as indicated by our friend @RiekoC:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

As you indicates that you are missing workouts I have done on other apps: How do I connect Fitbit with another app.
