My fitbit app used to work fine, I lost my charger and ordered a new one. Now I tried to log into the desktop website and changed my password. If I go to settings, nothing loads, it says a blank page with "error"
Then on the app, on my Galaxy, it says either "no network connection" or "fitbit.com is unavailable" every time I try to log in.... but I have both wifi and mobile data on.
Yes I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I have ensured my time zone is correct/automatic, I also have ensured all certificates are on/trusted.
Please any suggestions??

I'm having the same issue. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it now it won't let me log back in. It say's invalid email or password. But I can log into the Fitbit website on a computer just fine with the same email and password.
