Since the app updated it no longer starts. Keep getting "Fitbit app keeps stopping" after the 11th time android shuts she app off.
I've both hard reset the charge 2 and uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it wasn't fixed.
It's not syncing either. Ever since that update in april neither the Fitbit or the app have worked very well. Quality has definitely dropped off.
Shame coz I did enjoy both but now it's become a chore trying to keep it working.

Do you have any other Phone or computer that you could use to try and sync your Charge 2?
As for your S8+, I'd say that we try to install the app once again. If you are using an SD card to install the apps there, let's try to install it directly on the phone instead of the SD card as see if that makes a difference.
