App can't find tracker.

My app can't find tracker. I've checked Bluetooth and internet connection. I do not know how to reset tracker. That seems to be the suggestion to others with the same problem.

You can find the answer at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Help-Forums/ct-p/product and select your device, then type in reset device.
