App crashes when trying to look at HR

I have a fitbit versa for 2 months now and recently the heart rate record on the app keeps crashing everytime i like to view my heart rate record for the day. 
The app shuts itself down and closes as soon as the 

Tried to clear cache and "force stop" and restarting the phone but nothing works.

Thanks for trying to go through all of those steps to get your app to get to the HR information before posting in here.

I've had something similar happen to me with other apps. It could be that you phone is having issues loading the app properly. Let's try to check if the app is installed on the internal phone storage or on a SD card. to check on this go into your settings and look for the apps option. There, look for what apps are stored where. If the Fitbit app is installed on an removable source, let's try to move it to the internal phone storage and give it another shot, that should do the trick.
