I have similar error on my Samsung Galaxy prime various times
Please explain to me why I have to recognize in after having been successfully logged and attempting to resync.
This has happened like 4 or 5 time this past week and is getting rather irritating. Twice I lost several k steps and it is frustrating. Is there a problem the program or the Alta fitbit.
Also I keep receiving error says fitbit server down or unavailable near midnight when I'm try to sync up and this is also frustrating
I have a flex and an Alta on separate mobiles and the rarely does this to me on the flex, why does the Alta have this problem. I have to tap it several times, like 15 to 20 times to get it to sync or stop alarm or even verify it has been located and at time it then says retry right after it says we have located ur fitbit, tap screen. Then it fails and have to restart it again.
