App doesn't work

So, I habe tried to use the app for almost a week now and there is always something wrong with it. When I tracked my first work-out it didn't show the results anywhere and I wanted to check how many calories I have burned. It isn't any better now, because it doesn't show any steps I have made. Honestly, It is frustrating. What should I do?

Seems odd that your the Fitbit app is not showing any information that was synchronized. First, I'd like to gather more information to better assist you. Please let me know the following:

 

  1. Which mobile device model are you currently using? I recommend you to check if it's under our list of compatible devices here
  2. Have already tried force-quit the app and check again?
  3. Let me know if you already restarted your mobile device
  4. If the steps above were took in consideration, please re-install the Fitbit app and try again
