App freezes after tracking run distance greater than 5miles

Title pretty much explains it, after running a distance of greater than 5 miles, my app freezes and i am unable to pause or finish. It continues to track time and throws my averages all off. I have to pull the battery on my phone to get it to a point where i can finish my run in the app, anyone know whats up?

Welcome to the Forums @Karensaldana. It's weird to hear that your app is freezing. I recommend checking if your Android Fitbit app is updated by following the instructions provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post, also please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device.
