App is giving the message "Can not view when you are offline"

Hi,

I did a bike ride last Sunday. My fitbit tracked it, as far as the distance  (which was correct: 86,05 km) and heartrate (119 avg) goes.

However, the route does not show on the map in my android app. It's just one dot (the starting and finishing point).

Some other variables (heart rate and calories), I can not see. Error says "can not when you are offline". (But I am online!)

Also, according to the fitbit, the bike ride lasted 5999 minutes and was done on Wednesday?!

I've had some activities earlier where I can't see the route on the map in my android app and can't see the variables, but somehow they do appear on the dashboard and when it connects to Strava. This bike ride on Sunday however, is nowhere to be seen. When I try to open it via my dashboard, it simply doesn't load and says "error". (https://www.fitbit.com/activities/exercise/17178733917).

I tried restarting my phone, removing fit bit app, deconnecting my ionic from the app, setting the ionic back up, restarting my phone again, but nothing works.. ?

Welcome on board @ktrien, it's nice to see you around the forums! Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience on your own, nice way to go!

Are you using any specific feature like MobileRun to track your exercise? Also I'm wondering if you had internet signal at the moment the message was prompt on your app? Many features of the app require internet connection either from Wi-Fi or from your mobile network.

In the meantime try the steps I have suggested on this post.

I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here.

Give this a shot and let me know the outcome!

Hi @MarreFitbit,

Clearing the cache doesn't change anything.

Most of the time, I have a Wifi-signal, it doesn't matter, I still see the same error.

On the app, for those activities where I get that error, I can never see those variables. There are no circumstances where I do see them.

My other activities, where there are no problems, I can always see all of my data.
