App is only showing 15 days of exercises

Even though I have worked out over 90 days in a row, the Exercise page only shows the last 15 days of workouts.

Scrolling down my list of workouts stops on June 11th and the calendar display only shows the last 15 days.

Calendar, duration, distance, heart rate zones and calories burned only show 15 days.

I did a search of this issue and saw no resolution. Looks like it has been a problem since 2017.

Hi @keything, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the Exercise page in the app only shows the last 15 days of workouts. Thank you for providing screenshots and the additional details, I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi @LiliyaFitbit , I did as instructed and I still do not see the full 30 days.

Appreciate any other advice you may have.

Thank you

Hi

I also followed your instruction that you posted and like @keything, I am still not seeing anything more than 15 days of exercise.

Kind regards

@LiliyaFitbit , now when I go to my workout log, I can only see my workouts from july 17th forward.  I can not scroll down to see any workouts prior to July 17th.

For the week, it says I have 7 out of 7 days (which I did) but my total duration is 3 hrs, which is the total of the 3 workouts that are shown.

This is all I could see and I've been doing P90X and P90X3 and have worked out every day this year so far.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jem431. Thank you for your reply, @keything.

@keything I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Thank you for providing a screenshot. @Jem431 Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts.

I recommend confirming the steps to force stop the Fitbit app on your phones: Settings > Applications > find the app > select it > select Force stop. Please also let me know your phone's model and OS version for me to investigate further.

Looking forward to your replies.

Hi @LiliyaFitbit , a force stop was part of your first set of instructions so that was done and the problem persists.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 9.

Thank you

Hi @LiliyaFitbit

I repeated the whole restart process including a forced stop. Unfortunately it has not fixed the issue.

The app is running on a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 8. The phone is all up to date with latest Android updates.

Kind regards
