Hi, @c1amran , welcome to the community. I assume you are referring to the Fitbit App on an Android phone. Can you please let us know the make, model & OS of your phone so it can be compared with Fitbit setup requirements - Help . Allowing your phone is compatible, your first step to resolving your issue will be to go to your phone settings>apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear cache, and then return to the Fitbit app Icon & restart the app. Still stuck? Sync your Fitbit app if you can. Go to your phone settings>apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear storage>uninstall>RESTART YOUR PHONE>go to the Play store>reload the Fitbit app>log in with your Google account & set up as normal.
