The app works fine on both my 2 neighbors and my brothers S7.
When you say it doesn't track, it it because the rules are missing, scroll to the bottom and click show hidden, , or is it because it is not syncing? How longk ago was the last sync.
The other thing I.noticed that plausibly the steps show up on the detail page, but not the dashboard, and once it took 8 hours for my sleep to show up.
This might be helpful, but I'm not sure exactly what the problem is.
Is it not tracking, or the tiles not showing.
Is the tracker stilled connected to your Fitbit account? This would be another reason for what you are seeing. Menu-devices will show what is connected.

Or it may be that your tracker was removed from your account for some reason... try setting it up as a new device to bring everything back @Krissy1982
! Also, make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date.
