App not syncing with Xiaomi Mi8

Fitbit app when trying to sync with xiaomi mi8 it is always at looking phase.

It just would be able to sync. 

Anyone looking into this problem. It had been quite some time already .

Currently, I can't confirm an effective synchronization because your phone isn't listed as compatible. There are times where it might sync but since it hasn't been tested by Fitbit, It's recommended to try this syncing steps, I can't assure you that it will always sync.

Hi Fitbit,

 

It is truly remarkable that you haven’t sorted out how to properly sync with smartphones such as xiaomi or huawei. It astonishes me as they are among the top sold in THE WORLD. Perhaps you think it’s enough to sync with iPhones and Samsung, but I can’t understand why every single Bluetooth device works with them and not you... and by the way, stop saying you’re adding new devices and admit for some reasons you don’t want Chinese smartphones to be compatible, if you wanted to, it would have happened already.
