My first question would be, what app version are you currently running? In addition to that, please let me know the Android version that your phone is running.
In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you uninstall the app and then reinstall it to make sure that the latest version available from the Play Store.

In this case the you are already on the latest version of the app. It is important to mention that the new Dashboard has not been rolled out to all users. It is still being rolled out and we will be letting everyone know when it has been made available to all users.
