App not updating from "Home" and individual tabs

I have been having this issue for a while now but force closing the app or restarting my phone normally fixes it. Not this time.

 home screen says only 400ml water drank

 however it's 1400ml in the water tab

 kcals burnt on home screen is 2787

 kcals out in food tab stopped at 1472 sometime this morning and hasn't changed. 

Tried force close, restart, resync, app is up to date. 

Using a Pixel 7
