Today the app is empty and it's not gsynchroniing. Last week I had the same issue. Is the app in maintenance? Should the user being informed in some way?

You might be talking about an outage that we got back on those days.
The issue should be resolved by now with the latest app update released. If you are still experiencing the issue, please let me know.
