I have managed to set up the text notifications and emails but on my Ionic watch I ws wondering if I could have fb and WhatsApp notifications too? Also, the time on my watch is is wrong, it' s syncing with my phone 24/7 hit the time remains wrong. Help please

Hi, @Spanish_kitten! Yes, you shouldn't have any issue getting app notifications. Just go into the notifications settings in your Fitbit app (same place you set up text and email notifications), scroll down to app notifications, and set up the apps you would like to get.

 

As far as the time goes, I would try resetting your tracker a few times and then syncing it again. You can also try turning off the automatic time zones, I've heard from some people on the forum that it sometimes causes an issue. To do this, go into your settings for your account (id card icon on the top right of the app), scroll down to advanced settings, and use the toggle switch at the top.
