App on android not showing my stats and more issues.

When I sync my HR it stopped showing my stats on the dashboard. If I want to see them I have to click on them individually. It has alays done this in the past, but in the past when I clicked back it would pop up all my data on the dash. It had stopped doing that. I have already closed the app and restarted my phone as i was instructed but that hasn't changed anything. I have also noticed that in the past month or 2 my steps have gone down when I know it should have gone up/stayed the same. I walk the same route every day every time I walk. It should not be off by thousands of steps. I changed the settings so it thinks that my Fitbit is on my dominant hand when it's actually on my non-dominant and that's made the steps and go back up but still not to the level they were before. I rely on my Fitbit to tell me how many calories are used so that way I know how many calories I have left in my diet. This is frustrating to say the least. In case it matters I am running off of a Galaxy S5 with the newest update and my fitbit app is also on the newest update.

Hello @Thevelourfog, welcome aboard to our Community. I just noticed your post regarding this issue and since it has been a few days since then I would like to ask how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting?

About the app is not updating, I would suggest to review the new app version for Android which is 2.38. If the app requires an update, it would be good to try again to log out from the app and restart your phone. Once it has loaded try to log back in and give it another shot.

About the accuracy of your steps, you did good by reviewing your dominant / non-dominant settings, but if the issue persists, try with a restart. For additional help take a look at this post.

Hope this helps, let me know if I can do something else for you.

I updated and still had the same issues with the old dashboard. Decided to switch to the new dashboard and that seems to have cleared up the issue atm. Hopefully it will stay fixed. This was for the most part the same ino I was givin weeks ago on the Google play store review I gave and it didn't work then as at the time I had the newest version.

@Thevelourfog thanks for the update! From what you are describing I understood that everything is working now as it should; and it happened once you switched to the new dashboard? Please clarify that info to me.
