Yesterday, I noticed that I wasn't getting my notifications any more. Checked and everything was turn on.
Then, started having issues with the app, so, I uninstalled and installed.
Now, when, I hit the app, it acts like it's going to load, but, kicks out. Sometimes it won't even open, tap, and it just goes back to the screen where all my apps are.
Funny, as my Galaxy tablet, same version of the app, works, but, it's on Android 11, where my phone is a Moto G5 Plus running Android 8.1
So, not sure what to do. Much easier to sync to the phone as it's on all the time

Well, it's been a week since the app quit working, and, I know customer service said they knew about the problem.
Saw where a new version 3.48 had popped up in the Play Store, so, installed and installed the new version.
No luck. Still won't function on my Motorola G5 Plus, Android 8.1!
Is there any update on when this will be fixed? I mean all your information on your website says my phone is compatible!
