I woke up this morning and looked at the app and I had 45,000 steps and over 4000 calories burned for today. It was 8am in the morning and I hadn't gotten out of bed yet. Anyone have any ideas as to this glitch?

@SamiBl Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I'd like you to double check if MobileTrack is paired to your account, this is a feature that records basic stats such as steps using your phone's sensors if you don't have a Fitbit device available. If there was a fan or anything buzzing nearby, or if your phone was vibrating, that might have caused you to get incorrect steps during that time.
If this is the case, unpair MobileTrack by doing the following:
Hope this helps.

I have a Fitvit Versa 2. I'm not sure what caused that many steps before I even woke up. Mobile track is connected, but like I said before, I do have a fitbit watch. It only happened that one day so I don't know. Whatever. Thanks though!

@SamiBl Thank you for getting back.
The steps that were tracked very early in the morning, could have been tracked, if there was a fan or anything buzzing nearby, or if your phone was vibrating.
Have a good rest of the week.
