Thanks for reporting this trouble with the Fitbit app and for the screenshot provided. I recommend you to force stop the Fitbit app by going to your phone's Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Force Stop. Then open the Fitbit app again and try going to the Exercise section again. Also please check that your phone has a strong WiFi or mobile data connection.
