App steps not matching challenges

my dashboard steps are not making challenges

I understand time zone

But this is same time zone and example I have 19000 its only has 5000 on challenge

I have an ionic

And my steps are all done through ionic no manual entries

Thanks for the settings checked prior to posting. We've received similar reports, and have escalated the issue to our engineering team. While we don't have a timeline for resolution, we will continue to investigate these discrepancies.

I am having the same issue.  Charge 3.  Google Pixel 5.  No Manual entry.  No 3rd party app.  Device is charged.  I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I also rebooted the device.  Nothing works.  Dashboard shows 17,135 - Challenge shows 10, 638.  The steps continue to update throughout the day, but they never match up.  The challenge always shows much less.
