I have just bought 2 inspire 2 watches for myself and my son. I have installed the fitbit app on my phone and it has stopped my WiFi working. It still works on everything else, just not on my phone. I've uninstalled the app and the wifi worked until I reinstalled the app.

Hi, @Kazamyben, welcome, Can you please provide more information? You should note you can only have one device at a time linked to the Fitbit app on your phone, and some devices have age limits. Please let us know how you set your Inspire 2's and your cellphone's make model & OS.

Hi Gr4ndp4, I was setting up one watch at a time. As soon as I started to update the watch, the wifi stopped working. I have a galaxy a12. The update didn't complete after nearly an hour so I had to go out and leave it. I deleted the 1st watch and tried with the 2nd watch when I got home, that did the same with the wifi and wouldn't update either. I left that overnight and it still didn't update so they're going back to the shop today for a refund.

Are you saying that the WiFi doesn't work with your phone at all. Or just with the Fitbit App v
BTW: Fitbit only allows one device to be linked.
