App tracking walks and hikes as runs on Samsung Galaxy A5

App is tracking all walks and hikes as runs. Updated app and issue still not fixed. Have this issue since mid January. Re-installing App does not work either.

thanks for letting us know what phone you are using and that you have tried uninstalling the app to get it to work.

 

In this case I'd like to ask you to confirm what version of the app is it that you are running. You can click here to read about the latest version. 

 

I also want to ask if this has been going on since the issue originally started or if it started recently. If recently, since when?

Been on going since mid january but managed to fix it a few days ago by uninstalling app again and doing soft ware update on my phone .
