Auto Tracker Minimum Time

Have been looking through the settings of my new Fitbit Inspire 3 and found the automatic tracking settings, which were all set to 5 minutes. However, when I clicked on one to investigate further, it set to 15 minutes and wouldn’t let me go lower (see photo). This is very annoying as I regularly do a 5 minute run to the gym and I want this to count towards exercise, as it certainly feels like it and I’m sure I’ll sometimes for get to log it myself.

Hello @WillPye and welcome to the Community.  If you have migrated to a Google account, I recommend sending feedback directly to Fitbit/Google.  Tap on your profile picture, the Send feedback.  Please include your Fitbit app version number.

This issue seems to be an Android issue.  It works as expected on an iPhone.

UPDATE MAY 16:  The iOS app got updated and I can't set it to 5 minutes like I could on May 5.

Im having the same issue on an iPhone. Big problem because I do a lot of walking in the 10 minute range and need that tracked automatically. I’ve submitted feedback through the app but wanted to post here too.

Hello @technopop

It's best to post your issue in the iOS platform forum (<-- click link) rather than piggybacking to an Android thread. This ensures that the right development team is notified about issues.
