Hello,
The menstrual health feature of the Fitbit app is NOT updating. I am trying, trying, trying to log my details (spotting, heavy, mood, etc.) and the dates of my period, but it keeps REVERTING AUTOMATICALLY to the previous state and ERASING my changes.
I've already force-quit, erased cache, and restarted my phone!
Please advise!!!

1. Log out
2. Uninstall
3. Restart phone
4. Re-install
5. Log in
... Menstrual Health still won't log ANY details. (Mine started over a year ago with not allowing me to update the log data, but has progressed to not logging at all.) I've submitted issue to FitBit Support about every 4-6 months and the official answer is still the same "We are working on this issue and will email again when there is an update." ... There's never been an update/resolution/new-suggestion. Resubmitted a new case # again today.
[If it's a known issue they can't resolve, you'd think they could just be honest and tell us that & provide some suggestion or offer a gesture of good will, etc.]
