Balze rejecting paring with my new S8 phone

I am no longer getting notifacations from my phone to blaze. Got new S8 it will not pair with the Blaze it keeps rejecting it.

@Beverlysa1, it appears that you are asking about two different problems - one about not getting notifications from some phone to the Blaze, and one about the Blaze not pairing with a new Samsung Galaxy S8 phone - correct?

 

One the 2nd problem, how are you trying to pair it?  It would appear from the "rejecting it" comment, that you are trying to pair it with the phone's Bluetooth settings.  If so, do not do that.  Open the Fitbit app account screen to see if the Blaze is already there. If it isn't, select Set Up a Device to add it.
