Every time I hit the scanner to scan an item the screen is black and it says “looking for barcode” but it doesn’t even look like the camera is on. All of my permissions are turned on for Fitbit and my camera. I’ve updated my phone, restarted my phone, restarted the app, tried my phone and wifi internet. Tried logging out and back into Fitbit. Nothing is working.

@Issaqueenbhoney what phone do you have and what version of the operating system? Which version of the Fitbit app are you using?
