Has anyone got a fix for there battery not keeping charge done all the cleaning thing but says full charge then 24 hours later no charge

My old fitbit did the same thing. Call customer service and they will link into the charge report on your fitbit. My had a faulty battery that was no longer  charging correctly. They'll  overnight you a brand new one if it's still under warranty.

Thank u have emailed them have a few things to do to it and if it doesn't
work i have to get back to them
